Q: How does sell items so cheaply?

A: Arty Jewelry is a direct-to-public wholesaler of costume jewelry. Even retailers end up paying more for these products when they buy from their sources. Most of our items are normally sold at other retailers for atleast 4x the price available at our wholesale website – so rest assured; you are getting a fantastic deal.

Q: What is the minimum order?

A: In order to bring you such incredible prices, we will only process orders over $30. Hey, we need to earn a living too.

Q: Can I choose the quantity in each color of items I want?

A: Yes, you can choose the quantity in each color that you want but there is a limit of 2 pieces per color of each item per order. Sometimes we are flexible and do allow more quantity per color but that depends on the availability. It is preferable if you send us an email before placing an order to find out from us about the availability before placing an order. DOZEN PACKS COME IN ASSORTED COLORS AND WE STRICTLY CANNOT ALLOW CHOICES OF COLORS IF YOU BUY BY DOZENS BECAUSE WE MAY HAVE TOSEVERAL DOZEN PACKS TO SEND YOU COLORS OF YOUR CHOICE. WE HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND AND CONSIDER THIS PROBLEM.

Q: How does the FREE JEWELRY PROGRAM Work?

A: For a limited time only, you can select any upto 6  jewelry items of your choice from our Free Jewelry Collection and add to your shopping cart. The number of free jewelry items you are eligible to get depends on the amount of your total purchase. You may choose any jewelry item on our website that has a value of $2.95 or less. All you have to do is to copy and  paste the item number you like to in our Free Jewelry page along with the quantity (depending on the amount of your total order) with the color and size you want. We recommend that you choose your free items after you add all the items to the cart to see what your total purchase is because that will determine how many items you can get for free.

PLEASE NOTE

If you choose the number of items that are more than what you are eligible for, we will choose the items of our choice from the list of free items submitted by you and only send you the number of items you are eligible for.

If you choose any item that is worth more than $2.95, we will send you any item under $2.95 instead of the one you have chosen.

We will not credit your credit card for the full amount if you do not send us back the free item that you received with the purchase. The value for the item you received for free will be deducted before returning the amount to your credit card.

Q: How does the FREE JEWELRY FOR REFERRALS PROGRAM work?

A: Its simple. All you do is refer us to as many friends that you know by providing us with their name and email address at the Referral Program Page OR at the Final Checkout Page when you make a purchase and we will send them our promotion email on your behalf. And when they make a Purchase from our website, they get the Free Jewelry along with their purchase as mentioned above and you get the Free Jewelry as mentioned above, PLUS another item from our Free Jewelry Collection along with your next purchase. This way you get 2 Free Items shipped to you at no additional cost along with your next purchase. We will email you a Coupon to redeem your Free Jewelry along with the confirmation informing you that your friend has made a purchase with us. This is just a way of saying thanking you for being our valued customer and referring your friends to us.

PLEASE NOTE

You can redeem the coupon only if you have made a purchase from us earlier. 

You may order for the FREE JEWELRY without making an additional purchase with us , but we recommend that you add the jewelry of your choice to the shopping cart only after you have made a total purchase of $ 10.00 or more so that your FREE JEWELRY gets shipped to you along with the jewelry you purchased. That way you can avoid the shipping charges for the Free Jewelry.

All Free Items are sent by Regular mail unless they are shipped with an additional purchase order (In which case the mode of shipping is chosen by the purchaser).

We will not accept Returns on Free Items.

Q: How do I become a part/full time distributor for ?

A: We currently DO NOT have the distributor program going on because we are not able to complete the current orders on time as we have a backlog. If you are planning to start your own business, you may try placing a small order to check out the merchandise and decide if you like it or not.

A: You heard us! No matter where you are living, you will never pay taxes on items bought from Arty Jewelry. We want you to save in every way possible.

Q: If I send you an email, how long will it take to get a response?

A: We usually respond within two business days. Although, sometimes you might get a reply within a few hours.

Q: What are the shipping charges?

A: We use USPS Priority Mail which normally delivers packages in 2-4 business days (mostly 2 business days). If you need special arrangements for the merchandise to be sent by 2nd Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery, please contact us directly by email before placing an order directly online. 

The Shipping and Handling rates for packages sent by USPS Priority Mail are as follows:

Q: Can I get my goods shipped overnight or 2 day express?

A: Send us instructions in the special instructions section while ordering and we will make special arrangements for this. We cannot inform you what the charges will be because it depends on the weight of the total package, the service being used etc. etc. Please mention only if it is ok with you if we charge the additional shipping charges to your card. This is because in order to get the shipping rates for you to decide whether you want to go for it or not, we have to actually pack up the merchandise and take it to the shipping service company, which is a lot of additional work for us. So if you are wiling to pay whatever amount the shipping service comes up with, please let us know or else, the best option for you is to place an order well before the date you want it by.

A: We mainly service the United States (48 contiguous states) through this website. We do send packages to International, Alaska and Hawaii buyers. WE CHARGE $ 50.00 TO YOUR CREDIT CARD IF YOU DO NOT SEND US THE WIRE TRANSFER AFTER PLACING THE ORDER. IF WE GET THE PAYMENT FOR YOUR ORDER BY WIRE TRANSFER OR DEMAND DRAFT, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANY PROCESSING FEE. You may send us an email with the list of item numbers and the quantity required in either word or excel format as an attachment with your email or just type the list and send it along with your email. PLEASE DO NOT SEND US THE LIST AS A FAX OR IN A .JPG OR ANY OTHER PICTURE FORMAT because we need to make our own notes about the availability of stock which cannot be done on the computer if you send us a fax or picture format. We will reply back with details such as items available in stock, the shipping charges etc. etc. after we get your list.

 

Before you decide to place an order, please Note:

PLEASE DO NOT PLACE THE ORDER ONLINE DIRECTLY because our website is automatically set up to process USA orders. All orders are automatically processed with the pre-determined USA shipping rates and in order to get the rates for your country, we have to process your order manually. That's why we want you to send us the list of items seperately.

We want you to decide for sure that you want to place an order before you send us the list of items  because we have to process the order manually and if you do not respond back after we do all the work to pack up your order, its a loss of time and money for us. That's why we prefer that you send us your credit card details by fax or email (which ever way you feel comfortable with to send us the information). Please send us your credit card information such as number, expiration date, the exact name and address of the card holder as it is in the records of the card holder's card issuing bank. WE WILL NOT CHARGE THIS CARD FOR THE PAYMENT FOR YOUR ORDER AS WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY WIRE TRANSFER OR DEMAND DRAFT. IT WILL JUST REMAIN AS A SECURITY TO CHARGE YOUR CARD THE PROCESSING FEE OF $ 50.00 INCASE YOU DO NOT SEND US THE WIRE TRANSFER OR DEMAND DRAFT FOR YOUR ORDER.

Please send us the list of items you need only if you agree to pay the duties and taxes that may be incurred for goods sent to your country (if at all applicable).

Before you place an order, please enquire about the customs rules in your country to import costume jewelry into your country. Please place an order only if you can comply with all the laws in your country to import costume jewelry into your country. We will not be responsible or liable in any way if any customs problems arise concerning the delivery of your order in your country.

After we inform you about the availability of stock and shipping charges, we will let you know that total along with the shipping charges we will send you the package after we get the payment from you.

UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. ALL SALES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.

Q: What is your exchange and return policy?

A: You must send us an email with reference to returns and we will send you the return authorization number along with the address to send us the returns. This email should be sent to us within 2 days of receiving the package. Once you get a response from us, you have another 2 days to send us the merchandise. All returns for merchandise sent within 2 days of receipt of the order will be credited back to the credit card after deducting a re-stocking fee of 15 %. The merchandise should be returned postmarked within 2 days from the date of reciept of the email you receive from us. It must be unworn item with the original packaging.

If the package returned is postmarked for a date which is more than 2 days from the date you received our return authorization number and address by email, you will not be given any credit for it and will have to pay for the shipping charges for re-sending it to you again.

You will only receive the credit for items that are with proper packaging and not torn or missing.

To receive a full refund, please include the free Jewelry item in your package. We will deduct the value of the item you have received for free and refund the balance amount if you do not send us the jewelry item that you have received for free. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: At this time, we accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, demand draft, certified check, postal order, wire transfer). We only accept wire transfer or demand draft for international orders.

Q: How do I change/cancel my order?

A: Write to us at email . If we have already shipped your items, we will not be able to refund your shipping charges. This applies to domestic orders within the USA only.

Q: Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?

A: Sure, your shipping address can be different from your credit card's billing address. But in this case, we will have to verify your information before we ship the merchandise to you. This is for your own security and in order to avoid any online frauds. We will not ship the merchandise until we have verified the information provided by you.  We take fraud seriously. We will actively pursue and prosecute fraud offenders to the fullest extent of the law.

Q: Can I use the picture from your website to sell items on ebay or on my own website?

A: You may use the pictures of the jewelry for your auctions in ebay or on your own website only if stock up a small quantity of that item before use the pictures for sale by you. Most of our merchandise gets sold off pretty soon after they are added to the site because we normally send emails to our regular customers informing them about the additions of new items to our site. Since most of our customers are retailers who sell to individual customers, a large quantity of merchandise gets purchased by them pretty soon. So if you add the items to your site and place and order with us after you get the order, you may not get the merchandise as it may be out of stock.

Q: Do you drop-ship?

A: We do not mind drop shipping if the order is over $ 30.00 and you place an order using your credit card by placing an order online on our website and mentioning the name, address, contact phone number and email address of the recipient in the special instructions box when you place an order. VERIFYING THE GENUINITY OF THE PERSON WHOM YOU WANT US TO SEND THE ORDER TO WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY IF YOU INCUR A LOSS FOR SENDING IT TO A THIRD PARTY SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT DIFFERS FROM BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD (WHICH IS YOURS).

A: The jewelry is purely artificial. Nothing in it is real as does not contain any kind of silver, gold or precious stones etc. It is made plastic, glass, wood, metal etc etc.

But if you remind us frequently, that will really help.
